We, at Forge, take a solutions model approach to building and managing our projects. This means that all of our efforts are aimed at improving the end user experience for our residents and their community. These efforts are evident not only in our innovative construction techniques, but also our concierge like experience. We offer high tech, daily life solutions to all of our residents at the best value and cost.
Forge tenants have a market buying power that is equal to the sum of their parts. What this means for residents is that many of our concierge like features are offered at a discount or free of charge. In addition, we have developed relationships with local businesses and achieved the same result. For example, some of the services and amenities we offer via our partnerships are virtual valet parking, laundry locker and valet, package delivery and pickup, garbage valet, hosted events by local companies, a grab and go station in the ground floor café for easy meal preparation in unit, and relationships with local gyms. We are always updating our offerings so feel free to check back for updates.
We are looking to break into a market that has been previously untouched, in San Francisco at least, for decades. This market is housing for the workforce. We see this not only as a noble cause, to provide much needed housing to the workforce that is continually being squeezed out of American cities, but also a tremendous untapped market.
